N.F. String & Son, Inc. is saddened to announce the passing of Lois String on October 5, 2024. In 1953, Lois married Floyd String, the second-generation owner of the company. After dedicating her time as a homemaker to raise their four children, she later joined the family business as a bookkeeper. Lois stood by Floyd’s side in 1979 as he founded Coin Wrap, Inc., and once more when S & R Management was established. Over the decades, their companies have provided employment to thousands of people nationwide. With the fourth generation of the family now part of N.F. String & Son, Inc., we are proud to honor Lois's memory and continue the legacy she and Floyd built together.
